Freshly caught fish is delivered daily from the local fish market.

Asian countries especially Thailand have a true drinking and partying culture. The name “kap klaem”, refers to a collection of snack type dishes which are traditionally eaten during the consumption of alcohol. For Western countries these would translate as "appetisers" or “Tapas”. These are perfect either as quick snacks or starters.
